I'm curious to hear her side of the story of what went down leading up to her exit.
She banned me once, for something that was not even close to bannable. Ian said he'd talk to her, and I assume he did (no reason not to make that assumption given the circumstances). She then banned me again fairly soon after my return, for something even less ban-worthy, and went off on others, including the previously mentioned person attack. And that was when Ian made the move.
Ashley had to go. In more enlightened times, she'd have been put in the stocks and had rotting vegetables tossed at her.
She kicked me from a GDT for call her out. She was berating someone who was quite negative, but was adding some flavor to the echo chamber. She got pretty bitchy and I called her out.She banned me once, for something that was not even close to bannable. She overacted on the game day threads as most posts got buried within seconds (which Ian agreed). So if someone didn't instantly respond to a triggering post, nobody was going to.She was a terrible moderator who couldn't control herself and had no business wielding any kind of authority since having it meant abusing it time and again, and it was decided that the best thing for the site was to flush her all the way down.
Word on the street was that she was banning that poster from his own threads which was why he went off.She banned me once, for something that was not even close to bannable. He's been moved to guard, playing on the left i believe.. he has a chance to be a solid backup there...
You would hitPlease tell me that's AI...
No. I never see him much anymore. It was Ross.
We need Ashley to come on here and let her vent about being a moderator.
it was founded by Patriots fans and its a young board, so yea its going to have a heavy footprint of patriots fans
but we want fans of all NFL teams here and we have some decent representation so far
no one is getting banned or anything for not salivating over the Pats
Oh I'd remember you. I like the posters that have some balls and claim to be right about everything.
Captain and I called this shit the day they signed on Patsfans how horrible these contracts were. Any amateur wouldn't have signed Kyle Dugger after he received zero interest on the transition tag while others got scooped up. The Pats doubled down and signed him to a deal more than what he would've received on the one year tag. Absolutely wild!
Then you had Rhamondre coming off a terrible season, only to get rewarded with a new deal. Any amateur would've waited until after 2024 where they would've either gotten him back on a prove it deal or let him walk.
As per usual, we get met with resistance.
I thought for sure Wolf was going to get fired immediately after the 2024 season.
