I didn't watch the game live; I had returned to beautiful Beaufort just a month earlier from my first WestPac deployment and was working a 4:30 - 11pm shift that night... I remember watching the highlights on the fledgling ESPN channel (cable had been installed in our barracks while I was away) either that same night after my shift ended or sometime during the following day... Gotta give credit to the North Stars for hanging with them...

With the BC season over, Hagens has signed with the Bruins and reported to Providence.
Wouldn't have drafted him in the first place.
