2025-2026 Boston Bruins

They still won, though, so there's that. How the team has put together a 7 game winning streak is a mystery for the ages.

I stopped watching after McAvoy's fucking give-away for the shortie; so I actually hadn't known that they still won. I'm surprised.

It says 24 January 1974 but I'm almost positive this is from 11 April 1975, i.e. the Last PO game that Orr & Esposito would play together... I remember watching this at home with my brother & dad... Otherwise, why would Orr & everyone else get so hot & bothered about a no-call during a regular-season game in the middle of January? Sinden wasn't even coaching the team then; he came all the way down to ice level from his GM's box to protest... We at home were also highly pissed-off; but that's what they get for losing in OT the previous night...

Steeves is a keeper for now, even when Pasta returns. Minten however... Send his Baby Fucking Huey ass to Providence and tell him to fucking PRODUCE for an Entire Fucking Season down there before he ever fucking sniffs the big club again; or at the Very Least, can they break up that fucking Jeannot - Minten - Kastelic line? The fucking slowest LW on the team, the slowest Center on the team, AND the slowest RW on the team, ALL on the Same Fucking Line, brilliant! More mental fucking retardation from the fucking Ruins.

The Minnesota Wild have acquired superstar defenseman Quinn Hughes from the Vancouver Canucks, the teams announced on Friday. After weeks of speculation about Hughes' future, the Wild have swooped in and landed one of the NHL's best defensemen.

In exchange for Hughes, Minnesota sent center Marco Rossi, winger Liam Ohgren, rookie defenseman Zeev Buium and a 2026 first-round pick back to Vancouver. That's quite the haul, but it may be a worthwhile risk for Wild general manager Bill Guerin, who is trying to help his team hit the next level...
