Probably.
They SHOULD, but the NFL doesn’t seem to care all that much about tampering anymore. Will they lose a 1st? I doubt it.
Give them the same penalty the Patriots got for spygate, as this is clearly a competitive advantage issue, even though it's not on-field. Then add the "You were all warned about this" penalty kicker to it, to really make the point.
