The short answer is, we do not know. And we will never know until/if we get there.
But it's an interesting question. The first human creation may not have been saved. It is usually clear when a major Old Testament figure has salvation. Often, it is said God changed his heart, or something along those lines.
Adam did admit to his sin. However, his final words recorded were blaming Eve for his sin. NO REPENTANCE!
Obviously, we don't know what the remainder of his life was like. It wasn't recorded. And if we were meant to know, God would have told us.
I'm betting Adam and Eve followed in the steps of their son Seth. But who knows.
